i cant get a game even loaded on there it says sorry please insert a disk with the correct volume noob needs help

That means your game iso is invalid (it won't work)

Correct sizes are:
GC games: 1 425 760 KB
Wii single layer games: 4 589 824 KB
Wii dual layer games: 8 311 680 KB
