I refuse to comment on this..
Did you see my thread on exactly this topic just a few down from yours?

Try using Dolphin version 6505 or 6891.

Frame skipping makes the game look like crap IMO, and at 3 the coins flicker.

Ok I'm going to try that, so did it work 100% speed for you and what are you specs?
EDIT: Nvm your specs are in your sig. Dang, do you think it will work 100% for me? You have 8GB Ram, I only have 3. And my CPU is 2.00GHZ or something like that.

Dude, thanks! It works good. I tried that thing you told me on that thread and it boosted my speed to like 70-75% sometimes lower and sometimes higher and my FPS is like 30-45 now. Any other way to make it to 100% 60 FPS? I don't really care that much about the quality and graphics. Any plugins that would help?
you know... RAM size has nothing to do with smooth gameplay, it's your CPU that's the problem
If you don't care about quality or graphics, play it on a console...

I would but I don't have a Wii.

Get a Wii and NSMBW and stop being a pirate!

Then I followed this guide http://dolphin-emu.org/performance.html and now my NSMB is running a bit better. I get like 22 FPS and 22 VPS and 36% speed when I'm in a level. But when I'm like in menu I run 100% speed. Is there any way that I can boost my speed up. I really wanna play this game at 100% And should I use frame skipping? I set it to 3 and the game ran a little faster.

Your CPU is too slow. I wouldn't even be able to play Wii Sports Bowling at more than 35 or 40 FPS on your system.
