Try setting EFB Scale to 1x or Integral.
Disable all hacks.

Still no dice man, after disabling all the hacks i went as far as disabling dual core but still not working

Use the latest rev in my sig with default settings (don't change anything) and don't override the gameconfig folder inside the user folder with your own ini files.Don't open the graphic settings window after loading your game either. Now if after you did all that it doesn't work, it probably has something to do with your internal Intel gpu.

3.0 doesn't work on my system, neither does most of the 7000 revisions so i downloaded 6818 however it still doesn't work so the problem, is from my GPU

I'm having this same exact problem, it makes the game pretty much unplayable. Ive tried the suggestions on here and it has made no difference, i have also tried to move my sensor bar around to see if that made any difference... it didn't.

Are u also using an intel GMA? and its no 100% unplayable, i've been playing like that and i'm in the city in the sky which is near the end...also are you using a real wiimote?

Not using an intel GMA and yes i am using a real wiimote. Im finding it pretty hard to freely aim, you might find it easier, but for some reason i just cant do it.

Got used to it about 3 months after playing
