Yes. You will need a credit card or Paypal account with a linked credit card, debit/prepaid cards work as well. I would suggest funding the account with the minimum fund level ($5.00), buying the cheapest item in the store which would be the rocket or sticky jumper for $0.49. That leaves you with around $4.50 in your Steam wallet that you can spend on a cheap game on Steam.

You can get more than 5 sticky/rocket jumpers for one key. Try to avoid buying anything that's uncraftable (almost anything from the store) because they are worth much less, less than half the value.

That's cool. One of my accounts found a high five taunt earlier this week. Been trying to get one of the new salvaged crates but no luck yet.
