That's why they're giving the game away, they're hoping to make all kinds of money on the items. I don't know, going broke on worthless stuff like that doesn't exactly seem like a good time to me. On the other hand, if you're enjoying it, that's all that matters.
I will admit to having spent some real money on the game (mostly due to the guilt of having acquired such an amazing game for free when so many people had to pay for it before it went free-to-play) but that amount seems insane to me.
I'm not paying Valve, the money is going to TF2WH. It's better to do it this way than purchase from Valve since items are cheaper, $1.20 per key from TF2WH opposed to $2.49 from Valve.

It's kind of hard to build up a collection when I trade away stuff just to get another item. If I had just used cash to get items I could have saved trading away hundreds of items including stranges and hats.

and when I say new maps I mean same maps with different bots XD, altho there is now an easier and harder version of mann up

and no, i don't wanna search for a server of my needs, i want to use the quick play function without ending up on such servers -_-
