That's not default american. Default american is nowhere near that well spoken.

This is default american:

ROFLMFAO. How do you always find the right youtube video for everything? do you work for them or something or do you upload them yourself

EDIT: History channels own acct
There are so many people uploading stuff to youtube that if I think of any random moment from any show, movies, video, etc. there is a 90% chance that it exists on youtube.

As for that video I guess some backstory is needed. I grew up without TV and my family has a vacation home up in north georgia with cable TV. So we tend to watch some TV while we're there. Last week I was on vacation there and my family and I were joking about how the history channels programming no longer contains any actual history. We were watching swamp people on the history channel and just laughing at the ridiculousness of everything (gator hunting rednecks in the everglades and the way the narrator tries to present it as a serious topic is hilarious). So when somebody said "default american" I immediately thought of that show and looked it up on youtube. Also I was cracking accent jokes a lot while I was up their because half the people in that area have a heavy country accent so that probably helped me brain associate those memories quickly.
What kind of performance would you expect from the following system? Basically my brother wanted to draw some of the fire directed at me (ish), but it's almost unplayable.

The system:

Intel Pentium D Exxx @2.2GHz
AMD Radeon HD6450
Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit (latest service pack)
4GB of RAM of which about 2.5GB are actually addressable.
Some crappy dell motherboard

The settings are what I think are the least demanding (which involves using non native resolution, which I hate), but in bot games, or when a lot is going on, 1FPS is something which can only be dreamt of.
Show us a pic of your settings :3
@AnyOldName3

Check for overheating. The source engine is from 2003/2004 and TF2 came out around 2008ish so on low settings it should be incredibly easy to run.
I'll get GPU Z and realtemp running when my brother next starts playing, but I think a lot of the issues will be that the CPU was more or less the cheapest of its generation.
More detailed specs:

Intel Pentium D E2200 @2.2GHz
AMD Radeon HD6450 (Catalyst 12.6)
Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit (latest service pack)
4GB of DDR2 RAM of which about 2.5GB are actually addressable.
Dell 0RY007 P35 MoBo
Dell 1080p LCD Monitor

TF2 Settings: (Not a screenshot, as the printscreen button is too busy being F13, and no button will make it be a button anything actually recognises)
