Sorry for the double post. At the moment the server is vanilla with no mods except some custom maps but I will be installing some mods on the server to make things more fun.

Sounds fun.
Never played TF2 before, but want to give it a try now since it's F2P.

Is the server still up X2D?

Yeah it's still up but I've been working on configuring and adding mods to the server so it may go down temporarily every now and then.

Working on a decent configuration and some adding some fun mods. I updated the server last night, when I was away during thanksgiving an update was released and the server went down. I started the server about ten or so minutes ago and within seconds the server was flooded with a bunch of players, very surprising.

I may start playing VERY soon (like tomorrow soon ), I'm going to temp install win 8 beta on my new computer

Heh, I'm not too good with the Spy which is why I switched to scout and you left.

Plus I was trying to go easy on ya since it was your first time playing.

Was the server lag free btw?
