It would still give the beep codes for memory failure. And yes I have.

At this point I'm guessing that either the new mobo is a dud or the ATX power cable is a dud (it sucks, the clip won't fit over the port, whoever designed it should be fired).

Nope, I am collecting stranges so they were for my collection. Trying to now get S.Kritzkrieg, S.Holy Mackerel, S.Ullapool Caber, S.Sapper, S.Huntsman, S. Tribalman's Shiv, S.Shortstop, S.Eternal Reward, S.Mantreads.
