Yes, but the less accurate sniper will no longer have their saving grace when they miss their shot; the accurate sniper doesn't miss their first shot unless the less accurate sniper dodges it, most of the time.
Git gud? Same thing said to "good" snipers complaining about this change btw.
Or strafe + crouch?
Latter is more effective and annoying than jumping ever was. I've killed good snipers by strafe + crouch + scope to headshot or bodyshot, while jumping you can't scope so your effectively useless until you land on the ground. I do the strafe + crouch against snipers as ambassador spy which I used to be fairly good at. I got worse with sniper/spy after my long break from the game and due to inferior internet but at least I got my good hardware again so I'm not as disadvantaged.
I pretty much need practice on every class except engie, demo, pyro. I actually need more practice period but I do best with engie, demo and pyro. I suppose that's because I don't play other classes much, aim is too shaky for sniper. Need to play other maps besides spamsbowl but I'm addicted to it and it's a simple map. I actually jumped on a Dustbowl server back in 2008 when I took a laptop to the college so maybe that's why I was fond of it. That server was in my history and went back to play in 2010 or 2011 when I got adequate internet to play after moving to the city.
Really need a proper desk and chair height. Sitting too low and hurting my wrists plus that messes with my aim.

By next week I will be off from TF2 for a while. Verizon wireless hit me with a big bill(s) none of which are actual overages but prorated bs charges. So I have to suspend for a while to catch up but I will still be online thanks to me being within wifi range of my parents and them letting me borrow their net until I'm caught up.
I've been getting more into TF2, it's fun. So I decided that since we have a thread specifically for this one game here, might as well post in it. XD
