"Shagga, son of dolf"

"The American Liberator, now with 10% more freedum"
Those are actually pretty good. Going to sit on the fact that I need to change the names for a little longer, though, build up a list of possible names, go with the ones that are both good, and fit my style.
*NV is surprised you got the first reference*
I get many references, because I'm a professional get-things-spoiled-for-me-er.
Well I'm getting a new device that should arrive by late next week or early the week after. According to someone I met online who lives in the same park as I do he said his gf's phone was stuck in lte off a Verizon tower. Based on this I bought a Verizon LTE hotspot device for $49.99 + $2.99 shipping off Amazon. I know there is LTE service up the road around a mile away at the state Thruway so maybe with an antenna I can get halfway decent internet here with acceptable latency.
Then I have to get my system back up. Good thing there is a three year warranty on the board and a seven year warranty on the power supply. Maybe I'll be able to get up running again with my i7 depending on how much Asus is going to charge me for a replacement.
What exactly is wrong with a wired connection?
Hehe. Young padawan I don't have a wired connection here in rural country. It's either dial up, satellite or 3G/LTE. Dial up is far too slow not to mention latency wouldn't be so great due to age of lines. I think when we used dial up briefly it was at a blazing 18kbps to 22kbps.
F-Yeah! My system is fine other than the power supply but that has a seven year warranty so no big deal.
I finally switched the psu to another one. I also noticed one of the sata ports is badly situated, almost right under the gpu so the gpu was putting pressure on the sata port and cable. Decided I could do without the third hdd and pulled the cable out and made sure nothing was stressing the sata ports. Then switched out some cables that didn't look so well with some spare cables.
So it was either the psu, sata port or cables but the power supply is the most likely bet. I've had the system up over a half hour now listening to music and am monitoring everything to see if the issue returns. I don't think it will though, before the shutdown was instantaneous and couldn't even get past the Windows loading screen without the system shutting down. If I did manage to get into Windows it would stay up a few or so minutes before shutting down. In safe mode the system would boot into Windows and stay up for around fifteen or twenty minutes before shutting down which is why I deduced the psu as the likely culprit.
Until the announcement lol. :/
Most likely scenario. Hopefully I can get my new hotspot and activate it, with luck maybe I can activate w/o a contract and upfront payment to get online before or by next week.
