At what point did I join the server in your video NV? I could have sworn I was on when they joked about sandvich being the tenth class but I didn't notice my presence on the server until later in the video.

A few minutes in I noticed I killed someone with my Amby. Pretty sure I was on when they joked about Sandvich being the tenth class. Usually I am calling players spy and fooling around during setup time.
I remember when I killed you though. I was like, "I can't believe I just backstabbed NV" because last I knew you were a Demo. I wondered where you went until I backstabbed you.
You were fully cloaked when I stabbed you. When I was running up I saw you and just predicted where you would go, that stairwell was obvious since you were running that way before you cloaked. I try to be unpredictable but some players have godly prediction skills so even if I am crouch jumping around and my cloak doesn't flicker I still manage to be killed mostly by soldiers or demomen, less often by other classes spamming their weapons.
Btw what did you use to record? My performance goes to crap whenever I try recording with fraps.

With your rig? Check your HDD write speeds, i think they're bottlenecking FRAPS. It should record really smooth no matter what
I have two SATA drives and I record to the second drive that Windows isn't installed on. Maybe it's because they are Hitachi Deskstar drives, after I purchased them I heard they weren't too good. No data loss or any major issues so I'm not sure if the drive is to blame.
My rig? Well these are the specifications:
Core i7 950 @ 4 Ghz
6GB DDR3 Ram in Tri-Channel
2x EVGA Geforce GTX 460's in SLI
Asus Sabertooth X58 Motherboard
2x 2TB Hitachi Deskstar HDD's (SATA)
I can't record in fraps without massive lag unless I turn the capture resolution down to 960 x 600. It works fine for garteal though at full resolution, and he has a slower drive. Having tried almost everything I'm going to try turning off SSAA and see if that fixes it for some bizarre reason. If not then I give up.
I've been using dxtory and capturing at 1280 x 800 YUV 4:2:0 @ 60 fps. The nearest neighbor downscaling filter ruins the quality so if I ever get serious about this I'll need to find a better solution.

Your CPU should be able to handle it. Have you run a
harddrive benchmark yet?

But seriously, you're AFK all day, ED2 is either "playing" Skyrim or playing with Legos, X2D is not online that often anymore.

Yeah, it's low because my drive is almost full. Need to delete some stuff. Normally I get write/read speeds around 142MB/s.
Even then, I record on the slower HDD which goes up to 70-80MB/s

i always record at 1920x1080 and using halfsize & render it with sony vegas in 1080p 30fps,
