I unchecked it, speed went to about 80%, more or less playable now.
I copied the ram specs from a program called speccy. Any suggestions on a program which should give me more accurate specs? And any particular build for MH3? I used to have it running on my laptop at 80%, and my laptop isn't that great. (2gb ram, win7, 128mb graphics)

Edit; Where's fast mipmaps?
