It's great for controlling the speed of the game, but no frame skipping unfortunately if you want to speed up the emulator... can you try to make an option so that you can set a 60 FPS game to 30 FPS, and still going full speed? That would be a really great feature.

Throttling in audio does pretty much the same thing mind you...

added 32bit normal+JITIL version in first post.
please report in which games it works.
i added in useless, low values like 5 or 10fps so it can be tested even with slow running games.
done
at the moment i have no idea if its possible, but i doubt it would increase the speed at all.
cpu usage is MUCH MUCH MUCH higher then gpu usage so this would only speedup for old crappy graphic cards.
it does not in every game(for example 1080 avalance) but even if it does in a game, enabling other audio often slows down game by massive amounts.
e.g. mario sunshine :
with other audio on i get 10-20fps
with other audio off if get 20-80fps
with framelimit i get 20-25, which is much more fun to play

Hi Iulius,
Your framelimiter is now in main SVN. If you want SVN write access, PM me your google account and I'll try to remember to add you.
