Not buying the Mini solely for GC/Wii games, but just wondering how it might fare.

Dual Core i7 @ 2.7ghz
AMD Radeon HD 6630M
4GB ram
Should be OK.
Alright, but don't expect it to run games like Super Mario Galaxy, Zelda etc. at full speed
The gpu is lacking, you will have to play at 640x480.

Please let us know how well it manages it. Perhaps you could post speeds as well as the CPU usage from Activity Monitor (the utility that is included with OS X)?

Also, if somebody knows how well a Mac Mini with a Core i5 (2.5 GHz) with the same AMD Radeon HD 6630M works, please post this as well.
I have a i5 2500S (2,7 Ghz - 3,7Ghz ) iMac 27 inches with a 6670M and Dolphin is running brillantly @1920x1200 and 2560x1440.

Under both OSX and Win7x64.

So I suppose with a i5@2,5 Ghz and 6630M , you could certainly play same GC Games and a few Wii Games @720p

Nice. If you would have the time and opportunity to check speeds as well as the CPU usage from Activity Monitor (the utility that is included with OS X) that would be really appreciated?
