But the problem is that, 1-2 yrs ago she asked through her friend that why I don't talk with her(?).But there were my friends around (though they were busy talking with each other and I was alone sitting there) and I'm naturally shy but at time I was even more shy and couldn't say anything. And since a week she's keep coming across and in my dreams, IDK if these were made on some purpose. Maybe yes. So I was thinking to give her a gift secretly through someone with a letter in the gift box. And I've already written the letter but thinking about the result -its both exciting as well as embarrassing. 2 thoughts keep running in my mind - (i) that she will reject me and whole school will make fun of me. (ii) then sometimes my heart says just express yourself she will love it. What to do? I become speechless before her. Actually I was thinking of giving the gift on her birthday but it is in Dec. so I'm scared that It will be late and someone else will come in her life.

Well...I'm on the same boat as you.
What I would do is just talk to her when no one is around. I find it better because when everyone in our group except me and her are here we talk to each other because I am not being pushed around or shunned out of conversation by other people during that talk. Overall, end result is that i get to know her better and i can't wait until I date her! (my crush is mormon. demnit.)
