Same
the problem is the plain case...
i dont have a problem with this...
but your cpu and gpu gives a shit about cable management
and me too...
next time post some pics of a custom case with cable and without cable management
and i will post sth...
AND your RAM is running in single mode
or its a mb without dual/triple channel ram mode
arctic pro power supply with 850watt...
i LOL'ed planning on sli/cf?
is your mb without dual channel supporting sli/cf?
there is nothing wrong with my case. HAF922
yeah about the 850watt arctic pro i had crossfire 5850 but one died(why lol about this???) getting a 5870 soon to go with that lonely 5850.
to be honest fuck what you think. i was pleased with the results and wanted to share them.

You do realize that you will be wasting some of that 5870's power right?

shit really? the 5870 on top will be downgraded to a 5850? so effectively it'll just be a 5850 crossfire?

Sure will be, most you can do is overclock the 5850 but it'll never be a 5870.
Not bad cable management though. I would tuck the motherboard pcie power through the back, but that's my only thought of it.

thanks, guess ill just save up the penny's and get a 6950.

I don't know if you plan to, but I don't believe you can crossfire a 6950 with any 5xxx series either. Honestly your best performance tip is to grab another 5850, I recommend sites like Guru3d's buy and sell section. A lot of my rig is from guru3d.
