User folder can be copied from previous revs, they are not so much changes here

I mean the keyboard works fine, the joystick/gamepad configuration is ok but the problem is when the emu is ingame and press r, l, or z buttons nothing happens (tested on wind waker and twilight princess). The other buttons are ok.

I've been using several versions of dolphin and never had such gamepad issue.
But... still glad beacuse I can hear link footsteps in wind waker I can't wait for the next build.

By the way what kind of gamepad do you have?

I have Logitech Rumblepad, but I don't have any of Zelda games dumped
