Hi I noticed the Download page wasn't updated it's blocked to 7671

Yes I saw that too... Anyone care to explain?

For anyone who wanna download later builds (r7672 and up) check this out: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=16466&page=14

Has anything changed in the build environment? Last time this happened it was because Dolphin compilation on Windows was changed to Visual Studio 2010 from 2008.

Dophin has been developed to 7683; but the dl-site it still shut to rev 7671???

He is? What exactly constitutes "part of the dolphin team"? I thought the words "dolphin team" refer to the devs that work on dolphin.
