No it's not for gamecube only. Out of what's on my youtube channel that I've tried, lost kingdoms 1&2 are 60fps, luigi's mansion pre-rendered stuff is at 60fps, everything else is at 30. If I run sonic colors or baten kaitos, wii and gamecube alike, at more than their regular 30fps the game literally speeds up. Maybe some wii games can drop frames like a 360 or ps3 while not actually affecting the speed(and the reverse, adding frames), I haven't run into it yet.
