Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

So I finally got Resident Evil (GC) to work with this emulator to have it on the go (I can finally put my gamecube to rest thanks to this!)

Problem is, without headphones I can barely hear anything even on max levels. Even with headphones I still miss out on the very subtle ambience noise, it's not really a problem with other games but RE being a horror game and all I enjoy listening to the ambience and so on.

Is there a way to raise the game sounds even higher than what it already is?

Did you change the Audio settings?

Config->Audio->Volume->100%

(Assuming Max settings = Computer Volume)

if you use the XAudio2 backend, it's a little louder.
