technically this can. It's more or less just an auto OC software for GMA 950 chipsets, so devices with Atom processors are the most likely to benefit.

i was able to get about 15fps on my laptop with intel chipset without this when the revs were like r5000. obviously this isnt a magic make everything work tool. but there are a few games that will work with the chipset from experience before i got my pc
