I use dolphin 7671 and play games Super Mario Galaxy 2, New Mario Brothers, Pokemon Battle Revolution and every game is the maximum speed 30fps, whether they can somehow speed up the game?

what do you get with directx9?

if you havnt got the $$$ for a new system try an overclock?
Try dx9 and uncheck "EFB>RAM"
FrameLimit Off/Disable Audio Throttle...

Better too fast than not Big Grin
You can disable fog too eventually
