Looks like the one other person willing to discuss the technology has been banned yet again for no apparent reason.....sigh.....
Only as many transistors as gultown (with half the performance per watt). 1.2 billion is still ridiculously high.

Bulldozer is AMD's equivalent of Pentium 4. In almost every aspect they copied a failed architecture from the past in principle. They lowered IPC while trying to increase frequency at the same time to compensate for that weakness. And surprise - surprise, it didn't work as planned...

I know this is an old reply, but I just saw it.
That's a pretty naive statement to make without knowing anything about it. You just felt like spewing some non-sense when you posted that? If you honestly do believe that people get banned here for no reason, why do you stay?
This is obviously the reason. Most places seem to tolerate this behavior from Squall.

Anyway, it's not anyone's business to ask or comment about and make assumptions and give opinions as to why another user was banned.
