ok i did version r7671 and same thing says
Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz
GenuineIntel, 2 cores, SSE, SSE2, SSE3,SSSE3, 64-Bit support
Dolphin Direct 3D9 Video Backend
Clearing Code Cache
it just says that and stays like that by the way with default settings
gonna try version 2.0
ok on 2.0 it says
Cleared code cache.
Dolphin OpenGL Video Plugin
CPU: GenuineIntel, 2 cores, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, 64-bit support
C:\User\{ME}\Desktop\Dolphin\Games\Super Smash Bros Brawl.iso
Video Info: ATI Technologies Inc. , ATI Radeon HD 5670, 4.1.10834 Compatibility Profile Context
then it gives an error that says
Unknown Device: /dev/usb/ven
Maybe you can continue to play or maybe the game will freeze
and then i press ok and nothing happens just stays the same
ok 3.0 does the same at the r7671
it says
PentiumĀ® Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz
GenuineIntel, 2 cores, SSE, SSE2, SSE3,SSSE3, 64-Bit support
Dolphin Direct 3D9 Video Backend
Clearing Code Cache
except in the middle of those to lines it gives the directory of the game
OK so apparently
r7671 and 3.0 had problems clearing the code cache and just stayed like that but version 2.0 successfully cleared the code cache but i have to figure out why it has an error

That's strange that none of these doesn't work.
You are absolutely 110% sure the game is properly dumped and free from corruption of any kind?

OK.
Let's try this for you, download a build that's called 6515, it's a popular build that many people seem to like and have less issues with, kinda like a golden build I don't know.
You'll found it here:

6515, you can't miss it.
