How can you get 60FPS if it's a black screen?

ok i did version r7671 and same thing says

it just says that and stays like that by the way with default settings

Maybe you can continue to play or maybe the game will freeze

and then i press ok and nothing happens just stays the same

OK so apparently
r7671 and 3.0 had problems clearing the code cache and just stayed like that but version 2.0 successfully cleared the code cache but i have to figure out why it has an error

You are absolutely 110% sure the game is properly dumped and free from corruption of any kind?

Let's try this for you, download a build that's called 6515, it's a popular build that many people seem to like and have less issues with, kinda like a golden build I don't know.
