Ok installed it, the first time using it I get out my super smash bros backup, convert it to iso, load it up, and every time it starts off with black screen and says

Clearing code cache
[directory here no need to put it right]
clearing code cache

No more no less
What are your specs? Did you try other games?
Intel Pentium d processor
4 gb of ram
Ati radeon hd 5670
All games
Try re-dump your games, there might have been something gone wrong in the process which have caused a corruption or something.
Also if you have a possibility try invest in a newer processor.
Tried and no dice plus I doubt every single game of mine is corrupt as for the processor then I have to updAte the mobo and ram or the highest I can get is Coe 2 duo
Aww OK
Well post screens of your settings so we at least can get you up and running...hopefully.
There's a probability of misconfiguration.
Well I don't see any real huge mistakes made in your settings.
But you could however try to set both Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic-Filtering to their minimum level. They are the biggest crooks in this drama meaning they're performance hungry and your CPU might not live up to that forcing the game not to start.
Sure I'll try
If by any chance that wouldn't work, try downloading either the official Dolphin 2.0 release or 3.0 from here:

Both Super Smash games have worked good for me on those.
