Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I want to configure Dolphin to run SSBB as good as possible, but the guides are really out-dated.
It's now 2011 and Dolphin has been updated, A LOT, so all the options look completely different and it's harder to find everything.

So I was hoping that someone could maybe make a new up to date guide, or direct me to one recently made.

Did you try the Wiki page of SSBB?

I think we have to start thinking of what we post and do not post here at the forums.
We can all agree that useless posts have been made in the past such with huge annoying pictures as this.
I had an wake up call today about an useless post I made in quite the similar way that didn't contributed with nothing but an warning.

Let's make productive posts from now on and make an good example, I know I sure will.

Yes and it's heavily outdated...
I've followed these guides as much as possible, and now my game wont work.

It went from a few crashes now and then and major fps drops, to not working at all...

Yeah I saw this too and the official game thread was kinda outdated to.
It's not easy to catch up with all the present and future UI changes.
I think a updated guide could be good, at least for the official releases and with the official 3.0 release at hand, that could be a good start.

The only thing that the game needs is EFB to RAM, other issues that arent related on the Wiki would be specific problems of your machine...

It doesn't even need "EFB>virtual/texture" much less RAM.
