Use WiiScrubber, choose file, right click, select replace and choose new file. Google WiiScrubber 1.4.

Neither. Open partition 1 , select the file, right click and select replace. Then choose the replacement file.

Close WIIScrubber already without saving?

Once you have chosen you new file, let it rebuild the ISO then close WiiScrubber. Once it has rebuilt the ISO there is nothing to save.
