I'm going to try the official 3.0 release now, I have to say however it's really bad I have to revert to a previous version.
What??
The 3.0 version isn't bad at all, don't think it's bad.
I use that version only now and it works perfect for the games I have.
They don't make an official release for fun.

Who on earth still uses xp? Firefox doesn't use your GPU in the same way IE9 does, hence why Fraps shows frames per second on every IE9 window but doesn't show on any Firefox window. But I digress...
The new Dolphin SUCKS!!!

Well I like to start trying something here with your settings:
Aspect Ratio: chose Force 4:3
Untick Render to Main Window
Internal Resolution set that to 1x and along with Anti-Aliasing & Anisotropic Filtering set the to their minimum
Untick Force Texture Filtering
Untick Skip EFB Access to CPU
EFB Copies to RAM should be chosen instead of Texture
Disable External Frame Buffer
Untick Disable Fog along with OpenCL Texture Decoder & OpenMP Texture Decoder
Aside from the Fullscreen resolution this resembles the settings I have selected.
Try it out at least.

Ok, how on earth is this possible? So I've tried the new 7671 revision. No matter WHAT I do the fps stays at 15 - 20. No matter what internal resolution, be it 1x or 4x, no matter if anistropic filtering is 1x or 16x, no matter the hacks (yes I've tried to tick and untick EVERYTHING!), no matter if I use dx9, dx11 or opengl. The only thing that makes any difference at all is ticking per-pixel lighting, force texture filtering and AA on dx9, but they slow the emulation down and are unticked by default.
how?
how?

Maybe not adapted to your system... what about 3.0? and older ones?

I've tried 3.0 as already stated, same deal. Before trying out a new revision I've used an old one (perhaps a month old or something) which functioned properly and I had 40 to 60 fps in every game. But I can't for the love of god remember which revision it was...besides, a new revision ought to improve things not make them worse than they ever were.
