I'd rather focus on helping you resolve your Dolphin game problems. But you do not mention any specific games or technical issues.
It's very common for the uninitiated to not understand that Dolphin was not designed for _their purpose_ and nobody is being paid to do it. I'm thankful for the free tool and how it allows me to do things that my Wii console does not. But, I also respect, it is a difficult technical exercise - and learning is a big part of the enjoyment.

Before I even begin I would just like to say that I don't like using Wiimote in any way, I prefer old school controls and definitely hate using keyboard.
And I've also spent countless of hours on threads specially made to fix this kind of problems, I've tried many Dolphin settings for each and every game and had no luck so far.
The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess GC
-Disappearing and reappearing sound (some people say they lose it entirely)
-A lot of FPS drop at the very beginning where you're in the small starting area.. I'm afraid what's gonna happen when I get in bigger places with more monsters and more combat.
-Can not and can not get my Classic Controller to work with it, or acquire any kind of hardware to help me out. (Slovenia is a stupidly small country).
Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door GC
-A lot of missing graphics, graphical glitches and appearances that cause huge FPS drop, making the game unplayable.
-But again and here most importantly, the lack of Classic Controller.
Super Paper Mario:
- A lot of small graphical glitches and missing textures. There are points in game that you just can't pass be cause of those.
- And again FPS drop at times.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker GC
- People claim they have a lot of FPS issues and few graphical glitches. I myself have yet to try it, but already at the beginning, everything seams to move slower.
Super Mario Galaxy 2:
- Huge, HUGE FPS drop making the game unplayable at the beginning. Starts to be better later, but with low FPS all the time.
- Plus I hear there are big problems with sound disappearing completely.
Plus a lot of other games I don't care about so much, but still can't be played as intended. (For example, I can't play Mario Kart with my friends as it just lags too much)
I am not an idiot and I do learn fast. But damn, I must be really retarded to not be able to fix all those problems. Also, my appreciation to people that make things like Dolphin, indie developers and any kind of solo projects is far greater then you might ever think. I might have not showed it back there, just be cause I was (and still am) really frustrated over all of this. I want to play the games to their fullest potential. I can deal with few graphical issues and stuff like that, but huge lags, whole textures missing and sound not playing at all, is not acceptable. And again, I do not blame Dolphin in any way at all. I blame my computer, but unfortunately I can't afford much better.
I also (obviously) like good graphics, but I am not familiar with all of this, so I don't know how big of a difference it will be. On my friend's TV (3 meters away) it looks nice. On Dolphin it looks amazing. But I don't know how good it will look on a computer monitor with build in TV, half a meter away from my face.

Well i have the same Graphical,FPS droping and sound problems with all those games you mentioned except The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
My PC Specs are:

I believe that your PC is fine!The Dolphin is intel based so it will run extremely more smooth with an intel processor + the emulator uses only the 2 cores of any processor AMD Or Intel!!
As for the comparison..Dolphin Rocks!Don't Buy a Wii and waste your money,waste them for a new processor or you can just wait for better Dolphin revisions and official buids!!

You'll need a Wii to be able to dump both your games and the LLE files properly.
Unless you have some LG drive along with RAW Dump to dump your games.
But I still think it's wrong not owning the consoles, everyone should.

The ironic thing is, consoles are traditionally sold by a loss, and Nintendo lately have been making exceptions. But yeah, there's no law about owning the console to play the games. (What I'm wondering about, what about that online play EULA you aren't accepting, in the case of wi-fi being emulated...)

I have bought every game and console I own of my own free will.
I don't give a rats ass how much money they make.
I collect games and have been doing so in orderly fashion since the beginning of 2000 and that's the only thing I care about, that and keeping them in good condition.
How the hell would it look if my entire collection was downloaded? Empty shelves and bad conscience.
Do you even know how good it feels buying you're games? How good it looks in the shelve, the smell of the box and manual mmm crispy mint condition.

I borrow the console and games from my friends, because I knew ahead of time that the Wii console would be an inferior product. There's no need to buy stuff if you know the product will turn out to be crap. That's what most dumbasses do.

I'm going to be a game developer later and I find this bullshit. Wonder why so many developers are broke, the games are getting crappy? Because people just dl them. If I have an awesome concept (plan to make action rpgs with zelda like characters and ff like story) and it sells much less than expected and also causes my company to quit projects or remove lots of beta stuff its your fault. no wonder square enix is going ps3 exclusive.
