I have an AMD ATHLON X2 2.2 GHZ Right Now Im upgrading to AMD ATHLON X3 3.2 GHZ I need to know what games can run in a decent speed.. thanks

I would say barely, not perfect anyway.

Some simpler games might run very good while other more demanding games will not like it.
I think even some simpler Wii games could run nicely too.

I would much rather upgrade to a Phenom II which is better in almost every way then the Athlon.
An X4 BE or X6 BE would do just fine, but the X6 would be a little overkill.

You better go upgrading your GPU...

Yeah now that you mentioned it the 5450 is kinda weak for Dolphin.

How about if he upgrade both GPU to a premium card and CPU with one of the newer Phenom II CPU's that should do the trick satisfy Dolphin easily.

You're gonna get very decent speeds with let's say a AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 CPU

This compared to the Athlon makes Phenom II seem like something taken from the future and Athlon from the stone age.

I didn't buyed the cpu can work an Phenom II X2 555 3.2 GHz??

I suck choosing but ATHLON ii X3 450 3.2 GHZ Can be better than phenom?..

On an i7 laptop... going back and forth between Intel Integrated Sandy Bridge and ATI 6770M I honestly don't feel the GPU is _that significant_. I am going to find out shortly, as I'm trading for a system with faster CPU but slower GPU to do side-by-side

These are pretty weak processors, Dolphin really is CPU intensive.

My motherboard cant support intel so i has to choose AMD
