lol i cant figure out how it works. i just need it overclocked to 2.8 or 2.9 Ghz to see if theres a better performance from dolphin in sonic colors.
it says that its specifically meant for dell laptops with i7 xD. i have that but i dont know how to use it. u can imagine how much that can piss someone off lol. does anyone on dolphin forums know how to use it? it even says it overclocks and uses less power. weird

i don't really think it matter wheter dell or other laptop.
i can't change my turbo boost ration probably because i5's multipliers are locked. unlike some of those i7 mobile
