Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi,
i can't run any title on dolphin due to a series of errors that occours when i open a game file.

The errors are:

1)Sound buffer creation failed: E
2)Could not initialize backend Dsound
3)sound backend Dsound is not valid
4)error starting up sound stream
5) application crash

i've tried with the other setting Xaudio2 but is the same.... the application seems to disard the changes and remains with Dsound.

directx runtime from the faq installed?

Yes is installed

I got the same error with a ASUS soundcard and win 7 64bit

Seems to be a problem with the asus xonar sound card?
