Everytime time i run dolphin it lags... a lot! it runs @ about 8-18 FPS and roughly 10 - 15 minutes later my computer shuts down. Angry

.. what do i do?

Atleast tell us your specs : CPU , GPU , Graphic Card (check it with CPUZ)
Check the temp with Realtemp as well
