I bought it and it's a nice game, but I don't like the new game mode :/ There's just too much luck in it.
When it comes to graphics, it is one of the best Super Mario games I've ever seen! The character models look great and the boards are very detailled. The minigames are fun but there are too many games based on luck.

It's a good game. 5 years between number 8 and number 9 I guess we could've gotten better though. I still haven't played enough to really judge but it's a good Mario Party game

now that I see this thread.. I was browsing some pics on dA (i LOVE this website) and there were some pics that showed 3D characters like Marion. Kirby and others in someones living room.. and he said in description that he took a pic with his 3DS.. I asked him in the comments section "you can really do that on a 3DS??" and he answered... "yes"... O_O (sorry for the WAAY off-topic)
Meh I still prefer the N64 ones, they're old school.
Yeah Mario Party 2 will bee forever the definitive Mario Party. It deseverd a remake imo.
