Sorry, I confused the line of your log that says something of opening.bnr (I understood that Dolphin was trying to load it from Wii menu). The error is that Wii games store their banners in .bin format and not in .bnr format, so it's impossible to be a Wii game. Anyway, you discovered the cause of the problem...
