With DSP LLE it is...
(And was like all the versions before too)

I have an error with DSP LLE (on the attached picture)

This (and some other problems) should be related to issue 4608. I was going to post a patch (fixing one half of this issue (especially) if the option for the experimental Wiimote Speaker support is disabled) which could've been good for 3.0, but I guess I waited a bit too much... Oh well. Will try to post on issue 4608 some time later.

Anyway, try checking the "Disable Wiimote Speaker" option in the game properties, and try enabling as few Wiimotes as you need for the game.

To me, 3.0 on Google Code IS official, technically, although the "official" website may host 3.0 builds later.
The original project and its SVN development takes place on Google Code; whereas the so-called official site is basically where to host regularly-updated builds on, and where to redirect regular users to.

For problem elimination will approach "DSP-LLE recompiller"? As at normal DSP-LLE at me game doesn't turn on, and during time "DSP-LLE recompiller" on half of level game hangs up, and sensor FPS shows 0.

Seriously, equip some brain when using an emulator and learn to read.

Wow! Seriously? I generally from Ukraine and to read and as to write in English I am not able! For these messages I use a translator!

You should explain that when asking for help, as most people would simply answer the same as that message (which tells you exactly what to do)
