I have tried some games (load from drive)

And it doesn't work!!!!

I have looked at your Beginner's Guide on youtube I have did the same in the video!!

Most dvd drives can't read Gamecube or Wii games, so you have to dump them with a compatible drive or with your wii. Check "www.dolphin-emu.org/faq.htm#Dump a Wii or Gamecube" (no quotes) for a list of compatible drives and instructions for dumping.

As far as i know Dolphin can´t run games directly from disc.

Actually I thought there was a way to do but it wasn't recommended because running from a hard disk shortens loading times.
