Not having the UI controls disabled when there is no controller connected confuses new users, They go to map the buttons and that works, their controller is recognized but it will not work in-game. It acts just as it does when everything is right and that is a problem. Either way, if you've found a better solution that accomplishes the same thing, great.
Well, I do get quite a few random crashes in random games, but I guess they'll be hard to figure out, let alone get fixed, so let's forget this for 3.0
Probably not Release-delaying issues, but i get slowdown in some games depending on resolution and whatnot, and OpenGL just flat doesn't work at all for anything for me(properly), other than that seems fairly stable, few graphical glitches like bloom being all...odd and not working properly (probably my opengl problem, heh, half the screen is bloom probably)

The r7294 works only on win vista or 7 64 bit.
No, Win XP x64 support was dropped unless you manually compile Dolphin yourself.

btw i know i shouldnt write game issues here, but Metroid Prime 3 corruption still gets you like 5 fps when going from suit to morphball, was that game ever working in any old build?
It qualifies as 3.0 since it is the most recent revision and we were in feature freeze since ages now. Additionally in string freeze, but that wasn't quite as important.
