i believe tons of people have the x360pad, so it should be nice if dolphin had a profile ready to use for all x360pads

i believe this mapping works great as a real GC pad,

this should save some time mapping the buttons with every rev and copying the profile from the config folder to the new config folder

i know many people prefer to config their own mapping, but some others don´t

btw this is my config for GC on x360pad

but that is my point, dolphin should have those by default, not enabled, just the profile included ready to be enabled

the same goes for some config option,

thank god they finally changed (enable to texture instead of ram by default) this was great for noobs and old users

I aways asked myself why there werent any predefined controller profiles there ^^

It only takes like a minute to map the buttons in the plugin settings....

yeah 1 minute * many revisions = tons of time wasted instead of enjoying dolphin

If you do the typical update method of just overwriting all the old files with the files from the new build, it's not like your configurations aren't getting overwritten.

You only have to copy a single folder (user) which is needed for your saves anyway. Now a default profile might be convenient for some, but I wouldn't call it a huge deal.

Why don't you set Z to RB instead of back and L & R to LT and RT respectively for both analog and digital? That's how I have it on my Dualshock 3.

about copying the folder user/config/profiles, yeah it´s easy but annoying

also dolphin does not create itself the folder "profiles" unless you create a profile
