does anyone know a version of dolphin that works on netbooks and only requires 1.6ghz to run new super mario bros at full speed?
and the configuration please.

You'd be lucky for any version of Dolphin to start with a netbook and atom processor. Which netbook do you have and with what specs?

lol netbooks sucks even emulating some psx games (yes i have one)
