I've been having problems trying to run Zelda Twilight Princess (GC), there is this big glitch square that covers like a quarter of my screen

The water is also black (perhaps problems with alpha blending?) don't have a screenshot of it

Use a newer Version

hhmm I'm pretty sure that was the newest unless they keep updating it lol I have r7058

Well it is not the newest any more (r7594).

Other than upgrading, disable XFB, it isn't needed with this game and will make the graphics look low-res/blurry. Depending on your system you may want to enable EFB to Ram, not required but it's needed to make the mini-map work.
