I had dolphin on my last hard drive. My hard drive crashed, got the hard drive replaced. Now on my new hard drive cant install Dolphin. This is curious as it worked perfect before. If I download the latest version and click dolphin.exe it says "cant start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing". If I download version 2 at the bottom of the download page it opens fine but error messages come up about "cant init DSP plugin" and "ouldn't init the core". What am I doing wrong/different? Any help???
