Just a quick question. Is this something that's only possible through emulation of Wii games?
I want to know if there's any excuse Ninty can pull out of it's ass for not playing Wii games in HD on the Wii U

Wii is a PIII you can see 720p on wii with Wiimc but if you add AI,phisyscs, you cant do all

Dolphin can render Wii games in HD, can't it? I want to know if that's something you can only do through software emulation of Wii games, or if there is absolutely no reason that the Wii U still runs Wii games at 480P.

I KNOW the Wii U doesn't emulate Wii games. I want to know if it should be able to blow Wii games up to 1080p like Dolphin can, or if the only reason it doesn't/cannot is because you can only do that if you emulate the game, like Dolphin does.
No, it can't, because they are running on integrated Wii hardware on the WiiU...

Do you have a source on this? I'm inclined to believe you, but I've never heard that the WiiU includes integrated Wii hardware.
The Wii downclocked to the GC Clocks, to behave like a GC.
The 360 Software-emulated the Xbox, because it was strong enough...
I guess Nintendo won't software-emulate it, because they are too lazy...

Now, in the event that the WiiU software emulates the Wii in some fashion, will they then have no excuse for the WiiU to still be playing Wii games at 480p?
It may be possible...
But then it would have been done with the 3DS too...
(Look how DS Games look on the 3DS and you know what i mean)
