Honestly, that usually doesn't matter here in Morgantown...bar owners just pay the fines, they make so much money here. =/

That's not true, a lot of it is in california, it's still west coast but south part of it.

california needs to hurry up and split off from the US and drift into the ocean. they could do it with arnold pushing on both sides of the san andreas fault.

I'm not a fan of USA but I'm not enemy neither. California and other west coast states got a lot of russians and other bastards of that kind - poles, vietnamese and hell I don't know what else but it's not so huge problem when U'll notice that even more Japanese , mexicans are nice also. And generally white americans came from Europe, all of it, from Deutschland to Portugal and from Italy to Sweden and Finnland. So look like that - about 43 millions germans live in USA .
