The US is amazing. I've been around the world and nothing beats the good ole US of A. I wouldn't go to Arizona though, Florida, Alabama, and Georgia are much better options.

That's not the point that I'm going to move somewhere, the point is there are a lot of awesome universities in US.

Then Yes there are a lot of famous universities , certainly ,the most important thing in the studies , is the conditions you are going to study in !
I know about that because I didnt study in my own country !

To be serious , depends on what you want study ?(I studied Law in France ,Sound Design in the (great)UK and a few computing during my tender childhood)
