Baldurs gate dark allience seems to be another one that runs 30 in game and 60 in menus

Sorry if I don't understand correctly what was told before,
I would like to know if it's possible to play the following games in 60fps using a code?

Dark chronicles
Umbrella chronicles
HOTD overkill
Ghost squad

If this is possible, do I need more than my i5 6600 with my gtx 970?

I have tried many things like putting a code I found somewhere on YouTube into the AR section of the game dark chronicles. Unfortunately, the game became very slow, Even the sound started to crackle..

Where can I found the complete list of the 60fps codes?
