I am having a problem

Starting dolphin gives an error '"The procedure releaseSRWLockExclusive could not be located in dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" in all versions i have including stable one since I newly installed my windows.

Current x64 svn builds will not work on Windows XP x64.
Either use an x86 build, compile dolphin without SRWLocks and ConditionVariables, or install Windows Vista/7.

Stable Dolphin (2.0) will certainly not give you that SRWLock error.
