Okay, I had this problem a long time ago, like the 6th series of Dolphin SVNs, and still, even today at the 7574 SVN I get the problem.
When I start dolphin, it starts good and it works, but the problem? It won't appear.
This I once addressed a long ago as well and I "fixed" it, Just go to C:\Program Files\Dolphin\User\Config\Dolphin.ini and change MainWindowPosX and MainWindowPosY to 0, then it will appear. Problem? Sometimes it CHANGES back again to -32000
I thought this was fixed a very long ago, I'm actually too busy to search for this problem, I'm not sure if anyone else had it, I think they do but didn't report about it, or maybe did. Sorry if they did.
But if there's any way to fix this problem, please do.
My real question is, why does this happen?
