Hi, I've been trying to run Wind Waker. I get 100% speed during cutscenes and while indoors, everywhere else I get 19-25 FPS. Do I just need to fiddle with some settings, or is it my setup?
AMD Athlon II X2 250 3 GHz
XFX Radeon HD 4650 1GB
Windows XP SP3 32-bit
4 GB RAM installed, 3 GB recognized.

Same settings as in the Performance Guide. Running in a window 640x480.
EDIT: The framerate doesn't really bother me, not really sure why I mentioned it. Game speed is around 75-90% on islands and at sea.

7571. I also tried 7564 and 4771. I got about the same game speed with all versions.

try these ones it works fine for me on these versions...
