dx does not have 2xSSAA (at least not anymore), try a newer version of dolphin.

You are correct. I am running the latest version. It was 4x. I was running 2x in DX11.
In dx9, I have greatly reduced stuttering. It does still happen from time to time, but it's playable! Man I love this! Thank you so much for such a great application! I hope to one day have the time to do something so substantial.
